How Long Is A Typical Day On The Water?
Full
day (and multiple day) trips are just that.
During the summer, anglers will leave the dock around
7 a.m. and
return home around 4 p.m. in the afternoon. A full day
averages 9 hours. Excursions planned for "trophy fishing" have hours
that are more dependent on species, time of year and location.
Half-day trips are four
hours.
Lunch arrangements vary
depending on the trip and should be discussed when we book your
fishing adventure.
How Inclusive Are The Trips?
As your professional fishing guide, Captain Mel
tends to all of the details of your fishing adventure trip. Mel can help anglers plan their
trip, can make recommendations regarding what to bring, where to stay,
and how to get there.
Safety
Captain Mel has
been fishing over 40 years and places the highest priority on safety
at all times. His boat must meet stringent coast guard
regulations and pass annual inspections. All equipment is new
and the latest technology.
